Where is Earth's Water: http://water.usgs.gov/edu/earthwherewater.html Where is Earth's Water: USGS Website
Our world population is estimated approx. 7.3 billion today according to the United States Census Bureau (http://www.census.gov/popclock/ ) . This unique video takes into account the history of our world population and lends toward a true "teachable moment" in conservation awareness.
As we launch our new website amid Earth Day reverence, I recall saying to many former students, "The Earth does not belong to us; we belong to the Earth." As with "Every Day is every day!", explore the beauty among and within. On a comfortable April evening, windows open, crickets serenade Earth's majestic voice of creativity, complexity and depth. Night falls, sleep renews, dormancy rejuevinates, sunshine /warmth shall awaken. Sustainable Earth where as "we belong" as caretakers and not undertakers. We rise and fall from the beginning to the end.
