BEFORE YOU START:

Download and complete this application:
earth disturbing permit application
Please note that an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Associated Construction Drawings are required in order to submit a completed application for an Earth Disturbing Permit.

Once completed, your site and plans will be reviewed and Warren Co SWCD staff will follow-up regarding your application status. If there are fees associated with your permit based on the location of your project, you will be notified of the amount owed at that time. Unfortunately we are unable to accept permit fees before a site inspection has been completed and application materials have been approved.

If you have any questions or experience challenges with the form below, please call (513) 695-1337.
