If there is a stormwater basin on your property, you are most likely responsible for its maintenance. Use the map below to view your most recent inspection report by entering your basin number or address and clicking on the yellow diamond. 

If you cannot find your inspection, need help interpreting your report, or would like to view inspection reports prior to 2021, please call our offices at (513) 695-1337. You can also fill out the basin inquiry form below.


    BASIN INQUIRY FORM 

    Each year Warren Co SWCD technicians inspect basins for functionality and send notification of basin inspections to residents/owners. Every basin is inspected on a five-year rotating schedule. 

    If you have questions about your basin inspection or believe you have received a letter in error, please fill out the form below and one of our technicians will contact you shortly.

    Each basin in Warren County has a unique number. You can find your basin number (or numbers) at the top of your letter.
