Warren Co SWCD houses the county's Floodplain Manager, Molly Conley. All applications, forms, and permits regarding flood in Warren County are managed by the Warren County Building and Zoning Department. If you are considering a construction project (house, barn, shed, septic, fence, and even grading only projects) and are unsure if you need a Flood Permit, please complete a Floodplain Determination Request Form or call the Warren Co Floodplain Manager. This form can also be used if you are a resident wanting to know if your home or a perspective home resides in the floodplain as well.

Not sure where to start? Give Molly a call at (513) 695-3085 and  will help or connect you to the right department.
