Earth Disturbing in Warren Co
Part of the NPDES Phase II MS4 rules and regulations require municipalities to satisfy the Minimum Control Measure 4. Construction Site Runoff Control. This requires the MS4 to develop, implement and enforce an erosion and sediment control program for construction activities that disturb 1 or more acres of land. Therefore, those municipalities listed below have a Construction Site Runoff Control Program and require various submittals, applications, fees and permits before earth disturbing can commence on earth disturbances of 1 acre or more.
