ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Jay Dorsey is a water resources engineer with 30 years experience addressing watershed management issues through watershed planning, watershed modeling, site evaluation, stream assessment, and all facets of stormwater management. Jay is a partner in the Ohio State University Stormwater Management Program which conducts applied research at the practice, site and watershed scale to help understand urban hydrology and stormwater impacts, and the benefits and services provided by green infrastructure.
