Join us for the first lunch webinar in the 2023 Urban Chat series! We are thrilled to have Justin Reinhart with the Ohio EPA to discuss the Runoff Reduction Method. This method allows for a size reduction in post-construction stormwater management practices by allowing stormwater to infiltrate into the ground using runoff reduction practices. Warren County Stormwater Regulations were recently updated to allow runoff reduction as another tool to manage post-construction stormwater. This webinar is applicable to SWPPP designers and reviewers, developers, contractors, and anyone else interested in post-construction stormwater management.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Justin Reinhart is an engineer with Ohio EPA’s Division of Surface Water where his role is to provide engineering assistance to the stormwater program. Justin maintains Ohio’s stormwater manual titled “Rainwater and Land Development” and provides technical support to Ohio EPA staff, the local regulated community, consultants, and developers on Ohio’s NPDES Construction General Permit. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Ohio State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio. |
