Proposals will be accepted until 9/30/2022 at 4:00PM, and may be emailed to wcswcd@gmail.com or mailed/delivered during regular office hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the District office and shall be addressed as follows:
